Finally, I was able to get a GPU for my new PC. I’ve been waiting for a long time for this specific model, and it works like a charm with my current setup. One of the main benefits of AMD GPUs is the fact that their drivers are baked into the Linux kernel, so they are expected to work out of the box with zero additional setup. Nvidia refuses to open their drivers, and they’re lagging on a few important fronts, such as Wayland support. Also, AMD is an underdog, so why not support more competition in the GPU space?
